TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRANSFER AND PICK-UP SERVICE

This document establishes the contractual rules between the client "the Passenger" and Alicante TRANSFERS. Booking any service implies full and unconditional acceptance of the following clauses:

1. CRIMINAL LIABILITY AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

In compliance with Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Citizen Security and the Spanish Penal Code, it is established:

• Absolute Prohibition: The transport of weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, air guns, or defense sprays) without the corresponding license and legalized ownership guide in Spain is strictly prohibited. The transport of narcotic or psychotropic substances is also prohibited.
• Sole Responsibility: The Passenger is solely legally responsible for the contents of their luggage.
• Right of Interruption: If the driver detects or has reasonable suspicion of the presence of illicit objects, the service will be immediately interrupted. The Company is legally obliged to notify the Civil Guard or National Police, and the Passenger will not be entitled to any refund.

2. RIGHT OF ADMISSION AND PASSENGER CONDITION

To guarantee road safety and the integrity of the driver:

• Substances and Alcohol: The Company reserves the right to deny access to the vehicle to persons who show clear signs of intoxication or being under the influence of substances that may affect safety or public order.
• Behavior: The driver may terminate the service early if the Passenger's attitude is aggressive, offensive, or endangers driving.
• Prohibitions in the Cabin: Smoking (including vaping), eating, or consuming alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

3. DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE AND ECONOMIC PENALTIES

Any material damage caused to the vehicle by the Passenger or their companions will be fully charged to the contracting party:

• Damages: Breakages in upholstery, door mechanisms, screens, or any vehicle component must be paid according to the official workshop estimate.
• Special Cleaning: If the vehicle requires cleaning due to spilled liquids, organic remains (vomit), or extreme dirt, an automatic charge of €150 will be applied for professional disinfection and cleaning.
• Loss of Earnings: The client must compensate the Company for the time the vehicle remains immobilized for repair or cleaning, preventing it from performing other scheduled services.

4. LOST OR ABANDONED ITEMS

The custody of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the Passenger.

• Disclaimer: The Company is not responsible for the loss, misplacement, or theft of items (phones, wallets, passports, etc.) left in the vehicle.
• Recovery Protocol: It is the Passenger's obligation to check the cabin before leaving. In case of forgetting an item, any shipping or travel expenses for its recovery will be borne exclusively by the client. Items not claimed after 30 days will be handed over to the competent authorities.

5. FORCE MAJEURE INCIDENTS AND CHECKPOINTS

According to Article 1105 of the Civil Code:

• Police and Traffic Controls: The Company is not responsible for delays caused by police checkpoints, road safety controls, unrelated accidents, or unforeseen traffic jams in Costa Blanca.
• Safety Margin: The Passenger accepts that compliance with schedules is an obligation of means. It is recommended to schedule pick-up with sufficient advance notice; the Company will not assume the cost of missed flights, trains, or events due to force majeure beyond its control.

6. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

This contract is governed by Spanish law. For any legal dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the province of Alicante, waiving any other jurisdiction.
